The Necro-Witch Scepter

This vile scepter was created through the dark arts and practices of forbidden necromancy. The witch who designed this putrid treasure barely removed the flesh from the bone when she carved up this monstrosity. Tiny nails are puncturing throughout the scepter to insure the dark magical tool is in constant agony. Listen close and you can almost hear the cries for mercy when you dare to wield such a thing.
